WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF EATING PROPERLY?

Have you wondered or overheard either yourself or others say, I eat pretty good, fine or great. There are many factors that should be considered or even written down:

Do I implement the 6 essential nutrients that the body needs daily?
Answer. Protein, carb, fats, vitamin, minerals and water
Do I stay within my portion size?
Answer. Based on your present body weight or goal weight should be in the equation.
Do I eat at the appropriate times?
Answer. Morning, snack, lunch, snack, dinner (5-6 times a day)
Do I eat the right type of foods that will aid in a healthier body?
Answer. Healthy foods vs.Non healthy foods (it will help increase strength, endurance and power)
